Australia Tours Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
You must be eighteen (18) years old or over to make a booking or order from us. If you are under 18 years old, you can book a tour with our company under the guidance of your parents or legal guardian.
Responsibility:
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions etc. Once you have read and fully understood all of the content, there should be no objections after purchasing.
1. You will receive a booking confirmation by email or other means within 24 hours after your booking is submitted and the payment is successful. In this confirmation we will provide the tour information.
2. Please print out your E-voucher and present it to your tour guide on the day of your departure. Remember that the voucher is your proof of purchase.
Payment methods:
Payment methods accepted are: Bank transfer, Cash/Check, Credit Card (A fee of 2% will be applied), WeChat and Alipay (A fee of 1.5% will be applied).
Full payment must be made 14 days before departure

Special conditions:
- Single supplement must be paid at the time of booking, if clients request for single rooms. Single supplement will not be charged if clients are willing to share the room and successful match with other tour members of the same gender. Once a final decision has been made, it will not be possible to amend the choice later. Complaints regarding this issue will not be accepted. ANZ SKY TOURS reserves the right of final interpretation of room arrangement.
- Triple share rooms may be available in limited numbers. A triple room refers to a room that can accommodate 3 adults. It includes but is not limited to three single beds, two queen beds, one double bed plus a ‘foldaway’, ‘sofa bed’ or ‘rollaway’. If two guests need a double bed room, we will arrange a double bed which standard double size 137 cm x 187 cm. If you have special needs, please explain to us when you register, we will try our best to arrange. ANZ SKY TOURS reserves the right of final interpretation of room arrangement, and the guest shall not object or withdraw by reason.
- Children are 2 to 11 years of age (adult prices are applied to the age of 12), infants are under 2 years old.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that he/she (all members of their party) complies with all the necessary Visa, Passport (valid for at least 6 months) or other travel regulations required for the countries they will be visiting. ANZ SKY TOURS will not be liable if passengers fail to do so and are refused entry or delayed. Any financial losses as a result of lack of correct travel documents are at their own expense. Those who can enter the country more than an hour due to personal delays, the tour guide is not responsible for waiting. The passengers must go to the hotel to meet the group at their own expense.
- Free shuttle is only available on the day of tour departure and finish. Please refer to the specific itinerary for the time and place of the shuttle. Later than the scheduled meeting time, please join the group at your own expense.
- In rare circumstances including but not limited to severe weather, transportation problems, hotel, disease outbreaks and other uncontrollable reasons, ANZ SKY TOURS reserves the right to adjust the itinerary.
Temporary cancellation and refund policy:
- The group member who withdraw from activities or meals during the trip will automatically give up and the cost will not be refunded. If some group members intentionally obstruct the group activities and the tour guide's work, the tour guide has the right to stop their participation in the activity. All actions of the group members after leaving the group have nothing to do with the company and the balance is not refunded.
- Customers who cancel reservations or request a transfer or change the duration of the tour due to personal issue, will follow the cancellation policy.
- The transfer fees (including but not limited to bank fees, credit card fees, and WeChat Alipay fees) generated during the payment process are non-refundable.
- All attractions, activities, meals and accommodations included in the itinerary will not be refunded if guests are unable to attend in time for personal reasons.
If you need to cancel your trip before departure, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle fines and refunds according to the following rules:
(1) Land tour
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation / change the date of tour within 7 days from the departure, non-refundable
If the guest does not show up on the day of the tour, non-refundable.
(2) Air Ticket
Once an air ticket is issued, it cannot be refunded at any time for any reason. If it is necessary to change the ticket, it will be implemented according to the policy of airline ticket change.
Insurance:
Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances (e.g. cancellation or curtailment expenses, loss of luggage etc.)
Liability:
ANZ SKY TOURS provides the services of airlines, hotels, restaurants, and various types of tourism and transportation facilities. For the safety of passengers' luggage, each agency has established different regulations to be responsible to passengers. In case of loss of baggage, accidental casualties and property damage, etc., it shall not be related to ANZ SKY TOURS when it is based on the safety regulations established by various agencies. As for hotel accommodation, meals, and tour programs, all issues will be handled in accordance with the company's tour charter. In case of special circumstances beyond the company's control, such as missing documents, strikes, bad weather, typhoon effects, changing flight time of local aircraft, etc. Any itinerary must be changed or cancelled, ANZ SKY TOURS reserves the right to deal with it. The extra expenses and losses caused by special circumstances are not related to the company. According to the company's regulations, customers must not object to or withdraw or request a refund of the cost of the journey that has not been completed.
Legal Notices:
This notice is deemed to be an agreement between the guest and ANZ SKY TOURS. This agreement follows and complies with the relevant laws of Australia, does not conflict with its legal provisions. Once the customer chooses ANZ SKY TOURS products, it is deemed to comply with the personal exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts, and therefore agree to comply with all legal provisions of Australian courts unconditionally.
