Your qualifications:
You must be an individual 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you can book a tour group with your parents or legal guardian using www.anzskytours.com or directly with the company.
Your responsibility:
Before you book, it is your responsibility to read all the relevant information about the group you want to purchase, including: prices and notices, route descriptions, what is included in the group fare, what is not included, cancellation and refund policies, various terms, and special Tips and more. Once you have read and fully understood all of it, there should be no objections after purchase.
Order procedure:
1. After you submit your booking, you will receive a booking receipt via email (E-Mail) or other means within 24 hours.
2. After receiving the booking receipt, please pay to our company within 2 working days according to the mail request.
3. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In this confirmation email, we will provide all the details of your departure, including departure time, itinerary, hotel confirmation, airport transfer and other details.
4. You only need to print out your electronic confirmation and give it to the tour guide on the day of departure. Remember that the electronic confirmation is your proof of purchase.

Travel Insurance:
ANZ SKY TOURS strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance, including medical insurance, itinerary cancellation, and baggage insurance. We do not take any responsibility for accidents, including loss of damaged items, rescue of injured people, death on the way and so on. The resolution will follow the rules specified by airlines, hotels and bus companies. The company believes that any passenger who participates in various types of tour groups of the company recognizes that his health is suitable for travel. If there is a serious illness, he must be approved by a professional doctor to travel before he can participate. The passenger himself is fully responsible for this, and if any accident occurs during the trip, no lawsuit or compensation shall be filed with the company in any form. The company does not bear any legal responsibility.
Booking modification and cancellation:
The itinerary of the tour group will be as consistent as expected. However, in order to ensure the safety of your trip, we reserve the right to change, postpone and cancel the itinerary in rare special circumstances due to weather, traffic, riots and other reasons beyond our control. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel the tour if the number of participants is not enough to form a group before departure. The extra costs of delays or cancellations of trips due to uncontrollable reasons are the responsibility of the members themselves, and the company does not make any compensation. The company also does not assume any legal responsibility if the personal or personal injury of the members is caused by the factors listed above.
In order to protect the common interests of the group, the company has the right to cancel the eligibility to continue the trip if it prevents the group's normal activities. No refund or transfer is required for the unfinished trip. From the moment the passenger leaves the group, all actions are irrelevant to the company. If, for personal reasons, the group member requests to leave or leave the group, the company will try its best to assist in the arrangement, but will not be responsible for any failure to meet the pre-arranged itinerary due to transportation or other reasons, or direct or Indirect costs or losses.
Passport and visa:
It is your responsibility to carry all travel documents and / or all necessary documents necessary to enter and / or pass through the country in which you choose the route. People of different nationalities have different entry requirements. ANZ SKYTOURS does not retain customers' personal travel documents or assume the responsibility of notifying each country of the current required documents. You are responsible for all costs of delays or itinerary changes due to lack of travel documents. You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations issued by the visiting national government, including immigration and customs laws and regulations. Sun Moonlight Travel is not responsible for any fines you may incur for violating the laws and regulations of the country in which you are visiting.
Registration method:
Registration can be done online or by email, or you can contact our company or our special distributor directly. When registering, please provide information such as the names of participants, gender, which group to join, date of participation, number of days, telephone number, etc. Our company will reply within 24 hours after the guest signs up and provide an electronic confirmation after the guest pays.
Payment Method:
All travel products are priced in New Zealand dollars. Credit card payments are accepted, subject to a 2% surcharge. You can also pay or remit directly to our company's bank account. All online itineraries and prices are for reference only. Due to factors such as holidays, the itinerary price may change. The prices of all travel products are subject to the final price quoted by the company's business representatives. Request for payment: After receiving the electronic version of the booking receipt, the guest needs to pay the full amount within 2 working days, and the reservation / group booking takes effect upon our company receiving the payment.
Cancellation and fine rules:
If you need to cancel your trip before departure, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle fines and refunds according to the following rules:
(1) Ground connection fee.

For cancellations more than 30 days before departure, each person will deduct 30% of the handling fee, and the rest of the group payment will be refunded.

Cancellation within 15-30 days from the departure date, 50% of the fine.

Cancellation within 14 days of departure date, 100% of the fine.
Those who cannot arrive on the same day due to the wrong plane or train will be fined 70% of the group fare, and the first night's accommodation will be deducted.
If the guest does not show up on the day of the tour (that is, if he does not participate in the tour), the tour fee will be waived automatically.
(2) Ticket: Once an Economy Class ticket is issued; it cannot be refunded at any time for any reason. If it is necessary to change the ticket, it will be implemented according to the method of airline ticket change.
Tour fare includes fees:
1. Hotel-Standard twin Room, sharing a room for two persons. For single occupants, the single occupancy difference must be added and notified when registering. In principle, the company uses the hotels listed in the itinerary. If it is not possible to use the listed hotels in special circumstances, the company has the right to use a hotel of the same level instead. If the guests agree to share the standard room for 3 or 4 people in order to enjoy the cheapest group fare, we are not responsible for extra beds. You can request extra beds at the hotel, but you will be responsible for the extra beds. Breakfast included.

Legal Notices:
This ordering notice is deemed to be the agreement between the guest and ANZ SKY TOURS (www.anzskytours.com). This agreement follows and complies with the relevant laws of Fiji and does not conflict with its legal provisions. Once the customer chooses ANZ SKY TOURS and enjoys the services provided by it, it is deemed to comply with all personal exclusive jurisdiction of the Fiji courts, and therefore agree to comply with all legal provisions of the Fiji courts unconditionally.
