Our Services and Obligations
1.We are not able to exercise control over services we do not supply directly, therefore we will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from any services which are not provided by us which are additional to those described on ANZ Sky Tours website.
2.We will endeavour to provide the most suitable travel arrangement to meet the particular requirements you make known to us. However, travel is an individual experience, and your preferences and opinions may vary from our own. For his reason, we cannot take responsibility for your individual satisfaction, neither can we take responsibility for weather nor for compatibility of fellow guests or staff during the course of your travel. ANZ Sky Tours will not be liable for the sickness of, injury to, or death of, any passenger, or the loss of, or damage to, any personal effects, whether caused by ANZ Sky Tours’ negligence or otherwise. There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of a ANZ Sky Tours recommends that you obtain travel insurance to cover any sickness, injury, or loss that may occur while you are traveling with ANZ Sky Tours.
3.ANZ Sky Tours may, at any time and without notice, vary any of these terms and conditions.
4.If a problem occurs during your holiday then, in your own best interests you should contact your travel agent in ANZ Sky Tours so that steps can be taken to resolve the matter on the spot, there and then.
Supply of Travel, Entertainment, Accommodation Service and Facilities.
1.When we make bookings with the providers of travel, accommodation, entertainment, activities, facilities or services (‘the Suppliers’) we are acting as a booking agent for the Suppliers.
2.All travel, accommodation, entertainment, facilities or services are applied directly to you by the Supplier. We have no control over the facilities or services themselves, or the manner in which they are provide u the Suppliers.
Fairs
Fairs are in Australian dollars, include GST (Goods and Service Tax) and are subject to change without notice.
Children
1.Children aged between 4-14 years inclusive receive 50% discount off Adult fare unless otherwise stated.
2.Adult fares apply to passengers 15 years and over.
3.Passengers under 18 years must travel with their parent(s), spouse or guardian. There must be at least 1 parent, spouse or guardian for every 2 passengers under 18 years old.
4.Proof or identification and age may be requested and failure to provide such proof may invalidate your travel.
5.Children 3 years and under are free if not occupying a seat (i.e. must sit in parents’ or carers’ lap). If a seat is required, child fare applies.
Payment
1.A deposit of AUS$100 per person must be paid to your travel agent within 7 days of confirmation of booking request. Full payment is due at least 2 days prior to departure. Certain Suppliers may also require an additional booking fee or deposit to be paid.
2.A booking requested less than 7 days prior to departure may incur communication charges.
Travel Reservations
1.Travel reservations are recommended on ANZ Sky Tours services and should be made at least 5 days before departure to give you the best chance of a seat in the summer period (1 January to 30 April), and 2 days before departure to ensure a seat at other times. Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. All reservations and changes must be made by contacting ANZ Sky Tours.
Cancellation Policy
1. For all tours a cancellation fee of 0% applies for a tour cancelled before 30 days of travel.
2. For all tours a cancellation fee of 50% applies for a tour cancelled within 15-30 days of travel.
3. For all tours a cancellation fee of 75% applies for a tour cancelled within 8-14 days of travel.
4. For all tours a cancellation fee of 100% applies for a tour cancelled within 7 days.
No Shows
1.Should you fail to show for any booked and confirmed departure your travel will become invalid.
Non-Use of Services or Facilities
1.If, of your own choice, you decide not to use part or parts of the arranged services or facilities, your will not be entitled to a refund from us (provided we have carried out our service with reasonable skill and are and to your requirements) and you may not be entitled to a refund from any Supplier.
Illegal Acts and Health and Safety
1.Persons committing an illegal act or contravening New Zealand Health and Safety legislation (being a health danger to themselves or others) will be removed from the your and no refund will be due.
Accommodation
1.Accommodation listed in itineraries is the price of a share twin or single room with private facilities unless otherwise indicated. ANZ Sky Tours reserves the right to alter accommodation to the same standard according to availability and in the best interests of travelers and such substitutions shall form part of these conditions of carriage.
Itinerary
1.The package described in your confirmed itinerary is correct at the time of publication and will be adhered to within reason by the ANZ Sky Tours but may be changed due to weather, safety conditions, r at the discretion of the Supplier. Changes to itinerary or the use of third party coach operators shall not give the traveler a right of cancellation.
Surcharges
1.Hotel rooms and seats on aircraft, coaches and trains are subject to availability at special rates. If all our allotments are full we will endeavor to secure alternatives at the most favorable rates, however in these circumstances there may have to be an adjustment to the online prices. Any surcharges imposed by our transport due to duel increases that are beyond our control will be passed on to the traveler. Your approval will be sought before we confirm services that may incur a surcharge.
Insurance
1.We strongly recommend that as a minimum you insure yourself fully against cancellation, disruption, loss of luggage and personal property and medical expenses. Your travel agent will be able to provide you with further information.

Courtesy Airport Pick Ups
- Please wait in the confirmed area 5 minutes prior to pick up time.
- Pick up times may vary depending on traffic.
- No airport pick-ups after 9 am and no airport drop-offs before 4 pm.
- To ensure an airport pick up please make sure you have made a reservation with ANZ Sky Tours.
